Cancellation and Refunds

Cancelling
You can cancel your Ruba subscription at any time from Plan & billing inside the app. After you cancel, no further payments are taken. If you cancel during the free trial you are never charged. If you cancel after a payment, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Free trial
The 90-day trial costs nothing. The small ₹5 amount Razorpay takes to verify your payment method is refunded automatically, usually within a few working days.
Refunds
Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, monthly payments of ₹499 are not refundable for a month already used. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, write to us within 30 days and we will refund the amount in full to the original payment method. Refunds are issued through Razorpay and normally reach your account in 5 to 7 working days.
How to ask
Email ruba.billing@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and tell us the date and amount. We reply within 2 working days.
