Terms of Service

Last updated 10 October 2026

By creating a Ruba account you agree to these terms.

The service

Ruba lets you create invoices, send them and payment reminders to your clients, track payments, and issue receipts. Invoices and money are between you and your clients. Ruba is not a party to them and does not hold your money.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate business and tax details, and issue invoices that follow the law that applies to you (including GST).
  • Only add clients who have agreed to receive your invoices and reminders. Do not send spam or anything unlawful.
  • Keep your sign-in details and any connected accounts secure.
  • Check your bank or UPI before confirming that a payment was received.

Messages and email

We send messages and email on your behalf and in your name. We may pause sending if messages are being reported or are failing in large numbers, to protect you, your clients and the service.

Plans and payment

New accounts get a 90-day free trial after saving a UPI or card payment method. After the trial the plan is charged automatically every month at the price shown in the app. Payments are processed by Razorpay. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. See our cancellation and refund policy and pricing.

Availability

We work to keep Ruba running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or late payments.

Ending your account

You can stop using Ruba and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies.
